What is Health Coaching?​

I support clients in reaching their health and wellness goals by tapping into their strengths, values and overall vision. Many of us know that eating nutrient-dense foods, getting enough sleep, moving our body, and managing stress are the fundamental pillars of wellness. So why is it so hard to do it on a regular basis? I am here to help.

I have worked with clients on a variety of topics including:

Using motivational interviewing, positive psychology and exploring the stages of change, I listen and support individuals as they work to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Sessions are typically 30 minutes at the El Camino YMCA (2400 Grant Rd, Mountain View, CA). Appointments available on ZOOM if needed. Clients typically meet 2-4 times per month for 2-6 months.
